3 Modular Homes in Wanaka

This customer had a bare piece of land in Wanaka. They were originally going to do an on site build but because of the tough location to build on and significant cost of an on site build they chose to build transportable homes with Titan.

The plan has two separate living areas.

Main home is a living unit with kitchen, bathroom and living. This will be connected on site with a bedroom unit with 3 beds.

The second space is a 1 Bedroom self contained studio.

They chose to build with Titan Homes we could build at a price that was much less than doing an on site build. Also because of the difficult on site conditions, much easier to build a transportable homes that will be craned on to their foundations.
