40m2 - 1 Bedroom Home

This couple wanted to build a studio home for their daughter to live in on the back of their property. Working with our architect and DCC planners, we made sure it was positioned correctly so that the home could be subdivided in the future.

Given their driveway was too steep to build off site and deliver it, Titan is building this on site.

They chose to build with Titan Homes because they had a floor plan in mind they wanted us to build to. Titan is also managing the entire build, consent process and managing all the subtrades.
