This mother and daughter had a very specific site they wanted to build this on.

They worked out with Titan to work out exactly where they could squeeze this in and this L shaped design was the best way to maximise space while staying within the council setback rules.

Given the L shaped design and lack of access for delivery, this will be an on site build in Mosgiel, Dunedin.

They chose to build with Titan Homes because they had heard Titan had creative solutions for difficult spaces. Titan is also managing the entire build, consent process and managing all the subtrades.
