This couple wanted to build a high end home on their section to live in or AirBnB in Dunedin.

It has a 42m2 floor size, but total of 60m2 living when you include the 2nd storey / mezzanine.

They had a really clear vision of layout and high end finishing touches.

Due to the height of this building, this will be an on site build which we can do for homes that can't be transported if in the surrounding Dunedin area.

They chose to build with Titan Homes because it is highly customised. We also manage the entire build, consent process and manage all the subtrades.
