Custom project being built right now. Completion early June
This couple wanted to build their custom home in Dunedin.
They sat down with our team and sketched out their plans with us. Within a week our designer had renders completed and submitted to council within the month.
They chose to build with Titan Homes because we managed the entire consent process for them as well as bringing their custom home to life.
Given the sloped section this site would have been very hard to do a conventional on site build. But with Titan we will build off site and crane on to the foundations. Tricky sites are one of the great advantages of prefab homes.
Titan is doing the full project scope including piles, decking and stairs.
