Custom 50m2 Transportable Home
This is a custom build that was delivered in December 2023
This customer has built his dream home. He works in the construction business so had a good idea of the types of materials he was looking for.
He wanted this to feel like a large, spacious home, despite only being 50 m2.
He chose to build with Titan because we are experts at doing custom designs at no extra cost.

Lounge
It was important for this customer to have a large lounge and living space. With the huge 3600mm triple slider, this will open up on to his deck and will feel huge.

Bathroom
Bathroom will tiled floors and walls. With huge built in 1300 x 900 shower.
This will feel very luxurious.
Kitchen
The key thing when designing smaller homes, is making sure there is no dead space. Having the 4m long kitchen run the full front length utilises this space incredibly well as it also acts as a corridor to link the rooms. It also means he can pass food through the front window when guests are on his deck.
Bedroom
This bedroom will feel very spacious, especially with the walk in wardrobe recessed in to the wall.
Big double slider to look out to his view and a heat pump.
